TRX workouts are iffy for me. They always look so fun, but they often end up being either too easy or too difficult for me so I feel like I'm not getting a proper workout in. So it's always nice when a trainer I trust posts a TRX workout because then I know it will be both fully doable yet just as sweaty/intense. Thank you for this 😘
