I posted an ab routing a couple days ago and I got a lot of messages asking for more exercises —
So here you guys go, pick 1 or 2 exercises from each category, and you’ll have a circuit of 6-10 exercises you can do..
Best part is you can do this at home, no equipment needed
I’d do about 4-5 sets of each exercise 2-3 times a week
‼️ But remember your abs are not going to show until you lose overall body fat, so if you need help with that shoot me a message and we can work 1 on 1 to get you to your goals‼️
