All ab exercises are affective if done right. Difference between someone with abs and others without abs is their body fat percentage. When you are under 12 % body fat, your abs start to show up. Proper nutrition is mandatory to achieve this. Unfortunately making abs has been made very very complicated in our industry. I am at 5 % body fat from last 2 years and I am able to maintain that with ease. It’s your mindset that is necessary. Let me know if someone needs any help. I will be glad if I can be of any help to anyone. ✌🏼
