I really canโt believe this photo (160lbs on the left and 140lbs now)๐

My feelings are all over the place, but the message I wish for you to take away from this post is that if you believe, visualize, and put in the work, something good has to come out of it! -
-
What helped me the most was to have a supportive group of people around me, and eating better for my personal needs.
-
-
Growing up, my weight fluctuated a lot since as long as I could remember, and also my mind was constantly up and down with how I felt about myself. I wasnโt sure if I could ever see myself healthy, and I didnโt know if Iโd ever be happy with my body.
-
-
Finally I feel like I am beginning a great relationship between me and my body, and itโs all due to what Iโm eating. I was always very physically active, but the physical problems were still there all my life! The biggest change was changing what I ate. And of course, for building muscle after losing weight, to have a great fitness coach is a must (which Iโm lucky to have). -
-
If you are struggling with weight or other problems, or if you can relate to this in any way, I strongly believe that you will begin to love your body once you being to nurture it with what works specifically for you. When you start to put good things inside, your body will begin to love you back and the healing process will start. -
-
Your body canโt heal simply by changing your mindset to, โIโm perfect the way I am.โ OF COURSE you are beautiful no matter what size! But if you have physical issues then your body is most likely begging for help. For me, it was indigestion, bloating, laziness, lack of energy, depression, targeted acne.. and some of you may think that thatโs normal, just take medicine or pop a pill to feel better. Itโs NOT normal to feel bloated or have indigestion almost every time you eat! Thatโs your body crying out for help. -
-
The worst part is that while we should hold ourselves accountable, I have to say that the blame is only partial. Most of the health industry, and the pharmaceutical industry are in bed together prioritizing money over your health! But thatโs another story. -
