Tuesday PowerAbs! Flying into Tuesday with Hanging Bicycles Go for 4 rounds of 10 reps on each leg. Your abs will get a great work out because they are constantly under tension. It will also force your hip flexors to work in order to lift your legs up. In addition to all of that, you’ll get some grip and lat work due to hanging on the bar.
