If you're doing it right, your entire core will 🌋💥☄️🔥⁣ ⁣ Place a wall ball on the ground just a little forward of the barbell (secure yours to the rig with resistance bands!). Put DBs or plates behind the ball so it doesn't move. The ball should be on your lower back, with your butt in front of the ball (not resting on it). Point your toes and raise your legs as high as you can.
