Lack of sleep, lack of motivation, headaches; this has been such an off week for me! I have no idea what’s been going on. Buuuut, instead of getting down on myself, I’m implementing things that will help get me back on track & keep spirits high! Yesterday, that definitely included some best friend time, a plate of nachos the size of my head, a movie (we saw pet semetary. Uhhh scary), & of course some kitchen time, because a fridge full of goodies can always brighten my mood.. & belly 🤰 I try to sit back & express gratitude for what I’ve got - thomas is cancer free, were healthy, I can move my body, my friends & fam, I have this incredible community that im forever thankful for, & beautiful yummy food to fuel myself with. what do you guys do when you’re having off weeks & to keep motivation high? I love the input! ;)
While I wait for your response.. I’m going to be face deep in a couple of these. I know I say this often, but these have to be one of my favorite treats EVER. A baked shortbread crust packed full of collagen, salted @artisanaorganics tahini & cashew caramel, all topped with @eatingevolved chocolate.
