15 minute full body HIIT!
when i’m short on time, there’s nothing better than a quick HIIT session to get my heart rate up 💛
LIKE & SAVE this workout for later! this can 100% be done AT HOME! so no excuses 😉💪🏽
HOW TO DO IT:
do each exercise for 30 seconds, followed by 30 seconds of rest. complete each exercise once then move onto the next exercise. repeat the circuit 3 times.
1️⃣ jump cross squats
2️⃣ alternating toe tap jump squats
3️⃣ 10 mountain climbers to 5 jack stars
4️⃣ pushups (i included a modified version at the end so either way you CAN do these! ☺️💪🏽)
5️⃣ plank up and downs
🔁 repeat 3 times! if needed, take 1-3 minutes rest between each circuit.
